We ship international orders with Poczta Polska (Polish Post).
You can track your packages at: poczta-polska.pl

In some cases we might use courier service (like DPD).

After the goods are sent you will get a tracking number to check out where your package is currently located. The usual delivery in Europe takes 5-10 days, as for rest of the world it's from 14-21 days. This can be shorter. Depends mostly on international carriers.

Return Policy
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS:
1. If the Customer receives a defective product, it should be sent by post to the Batushka Webstore store with a description of the defect within 7 days.
2. The complaint will be considered within two days of receiving the parcel.
3. Damaged goods will be exchanged for a full-fledged one. If this is not possible, for example due to a lack of stock, the customer will be offered a replacement item or the equivalent of the product will be returned.
4. The customer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
4.1. The returned goods must be fully complete, undamaged, with no signs of use, or evidence of a different use of the product than just for the purpose of checking it.
4.2. The goods must be returned in their original packaging.
5. In order to make a return, please send an e-mail to contact@batushka-store.com with the following information:
- order number
- name of the goods that the customer wants to return
- return address
5.1. In the feedback sent to the e-mail address provided, the Customer will receive information to which address the returned product should be sent.
5.2. The return shipment must be accompanied by a written declaration of withdrawal from the contract and the account number to which the payment is to be returned.
5.3. The cost of returning the parcel to Batushka Webstore is covered by the Customer.
5.4. The product will be checked within two working days.
5.5. If the goods meet the above-mentioned requirements within 7 working days, we will refund the payment to the indicated account.
6. The return of a product purchased in the online store is regulated by the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271), Art. 7. On its basis, the consumer has the right to return the purchased goods within 10 days of delivery. The consumer has the right to return without giving reasons as part of withdrawal from the contract, according to the general principles resulting from the provisions on concluding distance contracts.
7. From 25 December 2014, in connection with the entry into force of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), Art. 27, consumers have a longer time to return the goods. Not 10 days as before, but 14 days.
The law indicated in this point applies to consumer sales, and therefore applies only to sales to a natural person who makes a purchase for purposes not related to professional or business activity. Pursuant to the Act, products protected by copyright, such as software, music CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, etc. and perishable products, such as foodstuffs, are not eligible for return.
